Grooveshark is a breakthrough in streaming online music. Offering way more freedom than its rival, Pandora, Grooveshark proves to be one of the best internet radio on world wide web. From searching up your favorite song to listening to a stranger’s library, you can pretty much do it all with Grooveshark.
One of my favorite feature is that you can search up the song you want to listen to and add it to your playlist. The search is lightning fast and it’s so easy to use. You can search by songs, artists, albums, playlists and genre. This option alone has converted me to Grooveshark since it offers way more freedom than Pandora. Pandora will randomize your songs depending upon your preference and it will suggest the music for you.
Once you search up the songs you like, there is an option to create a playlist. Save your playlist for later when you want to hear those songs again. You can even listen to others’ playlist when you are searching for your favorite music and vice versa.
The Grooveshark player allows you to skip through songs with ease when you’re listening to others’ playlist. Do you remember in Pandora that you couldn’t skip a certain number of songs in a timespan of a hour? That was probably the biggest problem I had with Pandora. I could not skip through the crappy music that they suggested to me. With Grooveshark, you can even repeat and shuffle the playlist.
